Pre-Assignment
We would like to visit you at a convenient time and location, preferably at home with your family as this gives us a better understanding of your lifestyle and the requirements that you need when taking detailed instructions of your search requirements and how you would like to see your relocation or move unfold. Finding a suitable home is always a top priority and we will discuss your hopes, fears and expectations on your forthcoming move and where we can, provide information and suggest suitable locations for which to undertake a full property search.

Search
Your dedicated adviser will commence a detailed search of your targeted area. Having identified potential properties, we will make appointments to preview all of the short-listed properties in turn and prepare a short list of recommendations for you. Our extensive local knowledge, resources and contacts ensure that our property search is extremely thorough, often viewing properties before they reach the open market. Your relocation adviser will discuss the property shortlist with you and arrange to accompany you on your viewings at convenient times. As independent consultants we will be there to advise and discuss the benefits and concerns of each property.

Decision Time
As our clients, we will at all times be ensuring that you are kept in a strong position with estate agents against other potential purchasers. We will be the estate agents point of contact throughout, protecting you from the pressures while you are making your decision should you need the time.

The Negotiation
When you have made your decision and chosen your ideal property, we will if you wish, start work on your behalf, the negotiations with the agent. Clients who employ relocation agents are seen as committed purchasers and recognised by agents which will put you in a strong position. We are dedicated throughout your relocation to strive to provide you with the best possible service and obtain the property at the best possible price.

Offer Accepted
Once the property offer has been accepted, there are a number of procedures that need to be undertaken before the property can be yours. Solicitors need to be instructed, surveys completed and financial matters finalised. To avoid as much inconvenience as possible at this stressful stage, we can oversee matters and we will remain in contact with all parties to ensure that the path to Exchange of Contracts is completed with the least inconvenience to you as possible. For those matters that need your attention we will of course liase with you. We will continue to oversee the remainder of the process to ensure a smooth completion.

Completion
On completion day, we will be on hand to collect the keys and meet with you at your new home.
